Rant & Rave: A toast to Puget Sound tugboat crews of today and years past

RAVE to the tugboats of Puget Sound and the maritime architects who layout them! With big tugs releasing the Suez Canal cargo ship, I am reminded of the heroic tugs who saved the Interstate 90 bridge in 1990.
