
A Jerseyville male has been billed with household invasion and kidnapping in a domestic predicament.
JERSEYVILLE — A Jerseyville gentleman has been arrested on expenses of residence invasion and kidnapping in a domestic problem.
Michael A. Malloy, 41, of Jerseyville was arrested June 27. He has been billed with residence invasion involving a unsafe weapon, kidnapping, aggravated assault and domestic battery.
Malloy is accused of entering the Elsah home of a person he appreciates on June 26 armed with a knife, in accordance to court docket documents. He is accused of threatening to stab a female in the eyes and making an attempt to drive her to go away with him “with the intent to secretly confine her versus her will.”
Bail was set at $200,000.
