For me, Fort Greene Park and its bordering streets are additional like a social club for our local community.
Beloved Brooklyn memory?
I recall partying all evening in the streets when Obama won the election and the police becoming a member of in…. Very same detail occurred when Biden won — we celebrated Trump getting rid of. We located out all-around lunchtime on a beautiful sunny weekend afternoon, the cheering lasted for 30 minutes, and the full of Brooklyn turned into a single large street celebration.
